Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Software Development Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot. This role involves building scalable backend services, working on product integrations, and delivering new features that directly impact our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Learn & Adapt: Ramp up on core technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Apache Kafka within the first 30 days.
Feature Development: Work on enhancing existing modules or developing entirely new backend components from scratch.
System Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Kapture’s platform and external systems/clients.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
Strong foundation in Java, Python and Spring Boot
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
Understanding of database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Exposure to tools like Git, Maven, JIRA
Bonus: Experience with Python or Apache Kafka
